Hot dip galvanized UX lifting ring

The U-shaped lifting ring is forged from round steel and has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone or installed with two rings in series.1 Type size 1.1 U-shaped hanging ring is U-shaped, UL-shaped.
1.2 The main dimensions of the U-shaped hanging ring should meet the requirements shown in Figure 1 and the following table:

The meanings of letters and numbers in the models in the table are:
U——U-shape; L——extended; Number——nominal failure load mark. 
2 Technical requirements
2.1 The general technical conditions of the U-shaped hanging ring shall comply with the provisions of GB2314-85 "General Technical Requirements for Electric Power Fittings".
2.2 The connection size of the U-shaped hanging ring shall comply with the requirements of GB2315-85 "Nominal Damage Load Series of Power Fittings and Connection Dimensions of Parts".
2.3 The design, manufacture, test, acceptance, marking and packaging of the U-shaped hanging ring shall comply with the requirements of DL/T759-2009 Electric Power Industry Standard "Connecting Fittings".
2.3 Material and fasteners:
a. The U-shaped hanging ring body is made of steel with a tensile strength not less than 372.5N/mm2 (372.5MPa) according to GB700-79 "Technical Conditions for Common Carbon Structural Steels";
b. The nut is in accordance with GB 41-76 "Hexagon Nut (Rough)";
c. The bolts are in accordance with SD 25-82 "Hexagon head bolts with pin holes";
d. The closing pin is in accordance with SD 26-82 "Closed pin".
2.4 The damage load of the U-shaped hanging ring should not be greater than the following values:
U-7, UL-7 type 69kN;
U-10, UL-10 type 98kN;
U-12 type 118kN;
U-16, UL-16 type 157kN;
U-20, UL-20 type 196kN;
U-25 type 245kN;
U-30 type 294kN;
U-50 type 490kN.
3 Acceptance rules and test methods
The acceptance and test of the U-shaped hanging ring shall be carried out in accordance with GB2317-85 "Acceptance Rules, Test Methods, Marking and Packaging of Electric Power Fittings".
4 Marking and packaging
The marking and packaging of the U-shaped hanging ring shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2317-85.
